ERROR MESSAGE: Due to carrier regulations, we are unable to process calls using a toll-free number as a Caller ID.
If you are trying to display a Toll-Free Number as your Caller ID, you will not be able to do so without verifying the number first, as our providers will not allow it. Recently, telecom providers have introduced additional regulations that we must comply with. While this was previously not an issue, new rules and regulations on carriers, providers, and services like ourselves have required us to adjust our service.
If you have verified the number you wish to use, our system will allow you to use the verified number since you have proven you have the authority to use that number. If you have not verified a toll-free number, you can do so by navigating to the app's settings, tapping "Account," and selecting "Add Verified Caller ID" under the Caller IDs section. Once you verify the number, you'll be guided through the verification process. If your phone number is not able to receive verification codes, you have the option to receive them via phone call. Simply select "Call Me" when inputting your Caller ID, and you will receive a phone call with the verification code.
Toll-free numbers are numbers that begin with one of the following three-digit codes: 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, or 833. If you have any further issues, please reach out to us at Support@SpoofCard.com.
