As of a recent update to our services, new users and accounts will no longer be able to enter their own Caller ID to place a call. Fortunately, users can still place calls using the Caller IDs in the list provided. Users may also select one using the Dice Icon. Using the Dice Icon will provide a random Caller ID from the list.
If a user would like to enter their own Caller ID, they will need to verify it using our automated Verification process. They can do so by navigating to the settings of the app, tapping on "Account", and selecting "Add Verified Caller ID" under the Caller IDs section.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing credits does not enable the ability to choose your own Caller ID.
