Why Is My Access Code Not Working?

At times, access numbers need a temporary access code before the call can be completed. These codes are 4 digits in length. When using our mobile application for Android or iPhone, the temporary access code will be dialed for you, as long as you are logged in and calling from the phone number registered to the account.

Calls must be made from the account’s phone number (credential used to log in) for the Access Code to auto-dial as intended.

If you are using our website to set up the calls, the access number will request the temporary access code. Please enter the 4-digit number slowly to ensure that all dials are registered, pressing the '#' key to confirm. aithin 5 minutes, as the access codes will expire afterwards.
