When using our app to make international calls, you may encounter a situation where you need to change the default international calling code. The app defaults the international calling code to the United States (+1). However, this default setting may not be appropriate for users in other countries. To manually change the international calling code on the app, follow these steps:
Input the "+" Symbol: input the "+" symbol followed by the desired international calling code. For example, if you wish to call Mexico, input "+52" for the Mexican international calling code.
Dial the Number: After inputting the international calling code, proceed to dial the rest of the phone number as usual.
It's important to note that if you copy a phone number with the leading "1," it may not work correctly within the app. Ensure that the international calling code is input correctly to avoid any issues. At present, the app defaults to the US international calling code, but future updates may include localization features to set the default international calling code based on the user's location.
