How Can I Delete My Calls And/Or Call Recordings Off Of My Account?

To delete your calls and/or recordings from the website, click on the Call Logs tab. From there, you can select the call or recording you'd like to delete by clicking the checkbox. Once you see a check mark next to the ones you want to be deleted, you can click Delete Entries. Click Ok when prompted to confirm.

From the app, you can tap on the Recordings icon that looks like a speakerphone to access your list of calls that were recorded. Swipe left on the recording you would like to delete and select the Delete option. Alternatively, you can select the Edit option located in the top right-hand corner of this screen and select the Minus button on the recording that you would like to remove, then select the Delete option. It will confirm that you want to delete the recording.

Please note, these recordings are retrieved directly from our systems. Once deleted, they are deleted from our systems as well and are no longer able to be retrieved or restored.
