Wi-Fi calling is a feature available on our mobile apps and it can be enabled or disabled. It will allow for your call to use your cellular data or Wi-Fi to connect the call rather than your cell service. This way, you can maintain a connection even in a low-reception area.
For example: When you're traveling from a train, you may have access to Wi-Fi but may not have a signal to your carrier. Instead of pausing, you can turn on Wi-Fi calling and continue working!
To enable your Wi-Fi Calling option:
- Locate the "Call Using Wi-Fi" button.
- Tap on it to light it up
- Once enabled, the option will stay lit and your Call Button will appear as "Call With Wifi". It would look like the following screenshot:
To disable your Wi-Fi Calling Option:
- Locate the "Call Using Wi-Fi" button.
- Tap on it to dim it
- Once disabled, the option will no longer be lit and your Call Button will appear as "Call". It would look like the following screenshot:
