We are aware of an issue that is causing outbound calls to only ring once, making it appear as though the call is not connecting. We are actively working on a solution to fix the issue so that the ringtone can be heard up until the call is connected. If you are experiencing this issue, please know that the calls are in fact connecting to the called party. At this time, please stay on the line for up to 30 seconds after the initial ring for the other party to answer.
